Goodness in the heart

Today there was a little incident in my household. My brother and I had a fight, my brother hit me and I cried like a cry baby I am to my daddy. Of course being a daddy's girl my dad nearly killed him, throwing threats and told him never to come home ever again. Of course I felt guilty for the whole day, I didn't mean my dad to do that just scold him and being soft as I am I couldn't stand my brother getting hurt especially since we've been together like forever and he's like my best friend. It was raining too, he was shirtless and washing the car, my dad told him not to show his face or set foot in front of our house. By afternoon, I was anxious what if something bad happened to him?  When my mom came I asked her if she saw him at the bus stop and she said yes and as if on cue he came. I told him my dad was going to kill him and we just laughed and started talking again. Sneaking in and taking a bath while we prepped dinner my dad told my dad all that happen and he was still pissed saying he'd kill him and then everything became funny since we were making my dad cool off and my mom told me to convince my dad and I told him that I just wanted him to scold my brother not punish him. My dad said it was my fault and told me to give him a good reason not to "kill" him and I said while crying "killing is a sin!" He just laughed and we started eating, later my brother came in and though his still had his blood boiling, everything looked as if nothing bad had happened.

So moral of the story, act before you think, love each other and with a prayer hopefully it will be answered by Jesus Christ/god ~
